The skeletal system consists of all the bones in our body. Its function is to help us move and give us structure.

The Skeletal System consists of the skull, the ulna, the radius, the ilium, the femur, and many more parts.
Interesting Facts about our Skeletal System
The Femur is the largest bone in our body Babies are born with more bones which
form together as they grow. We can keep our bones healthy by
drinking milk and being active.
The Muscular System
The Muscular System is important because it helps us moves and keeps our organs protected.
Different Muscles
Our bodies contain many different muscles such as the Tongue, the Quadriceps, and the Gluteus Maximus.
Interesting Facts
The Gluteus Maximus is the largest muscle in our body.
Muscles can contract and relax. There are voluntary and involuntary
muscles.
The Skin
The skin is important because it regulates our temperature, and it protects our insides.
Interesting facts about the skin
The skin has tiny holes in it called pores which release our sweat.
The skin is the largest organ in the body. The outer layer of the skin is called the
epidermis
