DESCRIPTION
Court decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act did little to clarify the future of health care reform and what it means for business. And once again, health care policy will be one of the key issues helping to decide this year’s presidential election. In late August, two of Minnesota’s most storied names in health care – HealthPartners and Park Nicollet – announced plans to combine their operations at the beginning of next year. Learn about the motivation behind one of the most significant local health care partnerships in decades. And, more importantly, hear how it relates to broader health care trends in our state and the important implications for Minnesota businesses and communities. Andrea Walsh, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, HealthPartners,Inc.
