As you move into your nursing career, it helps to start forming your own view of leadership in nursing.
When do you know you are a leader? Who inspired you? What obstacles do you have to overcome to be a leader? What qualities do leaders share? What qualities do the worst leaders share? Do you speak up when someone is treated poorly? What does it take to be al leader?
