What is Mind ?

Nature’s law : Use it or lose it How we develop body power ? Giving proper nutrition to the body Doing physical exercises regularly

How we develop mind power ? Giving proper nutrition to the mind ( positive

thinking, positive speaking, positive reading etc)

Doing regularly exercises of the mind ( relaxation, meditation, visualization etc)

How to develop mind power

Iceberg = Huge chunk of ice floating in the ocean.

10% above water 90% below water, unseen. CM is seen SCM hidden inside us, unseen.

CM is the master & the SCM is the subordinate. SCM is a good servant but bad master. SCM = Alladin magic lamp, Ur wish my

command.

disorders ) EEG waves are classified in 4 levels/ states

based on their frequency.

Alpha 7 to 14 ( av 10) Subconscious ( not completely conscious or sleep : meditative state)

Delta 1 to 4 ( av 3) Unconscious

Beta : CM is highly active & SCM is inactive. Theta : We are asleep. SCM is highly active

& CM is inactive. Alpha : Both CM & SCM are active &

communication becomes possible between them. Hence this state is most important. In this state SCM is receptive to messages / commands from CM.

If CM gives commands to SCM in Beta state , what will happen ?

Analytical mind/Logic acts as filter & doesn’t allow the communication to reach SCM.
