• Program includes: ▼ Annual low-dose CT scans ▼ Access to tobacco cessation programs ▼ Consultations from health care providers ▼ Lung cancer support group
• Eligible patients include: ▼ Current or former smoker age 50 or older ▼ Have smoked equivalent one pack of cigarettes a day for at least 20 years ▼ Lung cancer survivors are also considered
