DESCRIPTION
In 2009, suffered a minor heart attack. I was over weight and had bad cholesterol problem. Luckily a friend shared with us a simple concept of changing our breakfast and I lost 8 Kilos in just 3 months & my cholesterol went down from bad to normal without any medication! I love my life & my family! Today we are so blessed that we have our health and we are excited to share and inspire other people that they too can change their lives just by changing their breakfast!
