What is health?
When we talk, we normally mean the “physical” health. Unhealthy and healthy are restricted to have a flu, headache, heart problems, etc. or no.However, “a state of complete physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity” is more appropriate.

Whilst not ignoring the physical, it is noticed that there are other dimension, we can list here:

It is possible the worst sickness not being caused by a virus or bacteria.It affects all dimensions and the physical side is normally an efect, a symptom through which you realise you are under stress – but trying to solve it ONLY focusing on that is a big mistake.
