• Classification on types of waste management system in International countries are various compared to Malaysian waste management system which are few in numbers

• Compared to International countries, Malaysia have categorized wastes management system in aspect of laboratory waste management system

• Ministry of Health (MoH) must provide safety management legislation of laboratory waste in every local & non-govermental institutes

• Every Institute must strictly abide by the rules & regulations of laboratory management in every health/medical laboratories
