CAUSES OF TENNIS ELBOW:-

Improper playing style Overusing forearm muscles Using manual screw drivers Plumbing Playing certain racket sports,

such as tennis or squash Hammering

SYMPTOMS OF TENNIS ELBOW:-

pain and tenderness

Tingling or numbness

Restrict the movement of the elbow
