5 GOLDEN RULES:1. RECOMMENDED NUTRITION. (MUST)2. 50% OF DAILY CALORIE INTAKE.3. 15 MINUTES WALK.4. SATISFY YOUR TASTE BUDS.5. ONCE REACHED YOUR IDEAL WEIGHT, MAINTAIN IT FOR EQUAL AMOUNT OF PERIOD
THAT YOU TOOK FOR REDUCING. (MOST IMPORTANT) HOW IT WORKS?
Assume, Daily Calorie Consumes by a 100Kg body is ~2000. If daily intake is only 50% Calorie then body burns remaining 1000 from already stored FAT. So for a week 7000 Calories burnt by that body which is ~1 Kg. During initial month, Salt particle plus Toxic substances go away; which in terms can reduce
body weight up to 5-6Kg easily and then every month 4Kg. Assume, by 5th month that body become Ideal weight (~78Kg) then follow the same program
