How Your Ear Works Sound waves move
from their source and make matter around them vibrate.
The shape of your outer ear directs the sound to your inner ear, like a funnel directs material from one place to another.
How Your Ear Works
Sound waves move through your ear to get the sound messages to your brain.
The Eardrum
Sound waves hit a thin skin called the eardrum causing it to vibrate.
Three Tiny Bones As the eardrum
vibrates, it causes three tiny bones to vibrate.
