Trust Me, You Have the Time.

• You watch too much movies and play too much video games.• I know you have a busy schedule… But who doesn’t?• You also have an unhealthy eating habit, two to one large

meals a day just won’t cut it.• You sleep in too much!

Excuses, excuses…• My back hurts… Yes I know you

have chronic back problems, but did you know that exercise will help it feel better?

• I don’t have enough time between school and work… Instead of sitting around and listening to your lectures, take a walk or stretch. You can even put it on louder speakers and work out to them.

• I work out at work… I know working in a restaurant will provide you with some cardio, but you also need to bring strength endurance and flexibility into your daily exercises.

I have an activity for you, here’s the kicker. I’ll do it with you.

I decided that we can partake in some under-water jogging.

The Benefits of Under-Water Jogging.

This is excellent for your back health and will help build your cardio respiratory development. It is all in the resistance in the water, it makes it better than most land based aerobic activities. The main difference between water jogging and running is about 10 BPM. I think you will enjoy this activity because it will be easy on you back, we have a pool in the back yard, and you will feel the benefits almost immediately.
