Suddenly you start experiencing chest pain. That start radiating into your arm and jaw

You are only 5 miles away from the hospital, not sure whether you will be able to make it that far

Normally people will be alone when they suffer heart attack

Heart is beating improperly, begins to feel faint, has 10 seconds left before loosing conscious

Do not panic. Start coughing repeatedly,very vigorously

Take deep breath before each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside chest

A breath and cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives. Or until the heart starts beating normal again

Deep breath get oxygen to lungs. Coughing movements squeeze the heart to keep the blood circulating
