Teeth cleansing – use neem stick or other traditional material ( datoon)
ayurvedic/herbal toothpaste or powder can be used
DINACHARYA ( Daily Schedule)Tongue cleansing – increases taste sensation,
removes bad breathe
Gargling – with medicated oils increases oral and dental health
Abhyanga – massage with lukewarm oil
Udwartana / Powder massage – removes excess of oil, works as deodorant

slow)– Always eat in proper sitting position– Ideal timings for lunch 12-1 afternoon

• Avoid these – Virrudha aahara like milkshakes, fruit salads, milk
+ fish, milk + fruits, milk+salt– Hot meal + cold drinks/icecreams– Honey + ghee in same proportion– Honey + hot water– Drinking milk immediately after meal– Eating while talking or watching TV

Water
• There are many different opinions on how much water we should be drinking every day. The health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters. (30 ML/KG/BODY WT)
• According to Ayurveda quantity of water intake depends on season, prakriti of person, place etc.
• Excessive amount may lead to swelling, hypertension, kidney malfunction.
Nidra / Sleep habits
• Early go to bed • Take 7-8 hrs sleep• Avoid late night sleeping• For them who work in night shifts have sleep
next day morning before lunch• Avoid day time sleep ( Exceptions Children, old
age persons and summer season)

• Holding urgency to go to pass urine, stool can land up in constipation, calculus, headache, pain in abdomen etc.
