• Both work hard in endurance training. • After 2 years one girl has medals and trophies
while the other does not. • Sports performance is largely governed by
genes partly by practice. Some people are good swimmers as they have great lung capacity and endurance capacity. Football and rugby players need strong bones. Boxers and weight lifters need muscle power.
