Garnier Ultra-lift does give the skin large amounts of moisture, as it advertises. However Garnier Ultra-lift products, including Deep Wrinkle Cream, do not stimulate collagen and elastin production because they do not include the correct ingredients. By not including or even listing the right products, Garnier Ultra-lift does not work as it claims.
