CONSULTATION

The Starting Point. Every successful plan has ONE before the journey begins. After the consultation is completed and the goals are established, initial measurements and “before” photos are captured of each participant. There is something powerful about working hard towards personal goals and having concrete measureable results to confirm that you are on the right path.

EVALUATION

PERSPIRATIONThe Turning Point. Where the rubber meets the road. This is when the FIT transformation begins and the time when schedules are adjusted, appointments are shuffled, and sleep becomes a major commodity! Our training philosophy is based on the concept that fitness is

adaptation. Our program will FORCE you and your team to adapt.

Bi-monthly meetings designed to offer a deeper level of service, focus, and motivation. These discussions allow the program to address potential issues which may derail progress in a supportive and informative forum. Support does not end at the gym because client needs do not end at the gym. We are here to administer a first class program in a world class manner for extraordinary results.

MOTIVATION

Health and fitness references selected to aid participants in the internalization of program objectives. Healthy lifestyle management is encouraged through the consumption of literature, videos, and appearances that serve to fulfill an appetite for powerful living.

Monthly meetings crafted to provide a platform to encourage participant sharing, acknowledge overall progress, and reinforce program objectives. This is an opportunity to reveal individual results and overall competition rankings. Questions, challenges, and successes will be discussed as we set the tone for the next month.

Designed to introduce simple, flavorful, healthy ways to prepare tasty foods. Eating healthy does not need to be mundane. It can actually be fun, vibrant, and dynamic. The FitForce Program illustrates how delicious meals can be prepared quickly and easily by providing lessons on substituting the usual fats and sugars with herbs and spices.

IMAGINATION

A concise powerful tutorial on basic nutrition and the navigation of the grocery store. The options available in the market can be overwhelming. Our purchase choices directly influence the success of our healthy living. The FitForce Program focuses on teaching participants to make quality decisions based on nutritional content, serving sizes and food selection.

EXPLORATION

The raw, physical, measurable component of the FitForce Program. Our Fit Challenges are oftentimes the most demanding, yet satisfying physical endeavor most of our participants have undertaken since their youth, if ever. The initial challenge is the first true test of the transition that is occurring inside and out. The final challenge provides the results that illuminate the full health and fitness transformation.

TRANSFORMATION

The aspects of the FitForce Program are designed to illustrate and reinforce

the practical or real-world benefits and applications of our Five Components

of Fitness: Nutrition Guidance, Cardiovascular, Instruction, Supplement
