1. Preset with 5 programs for wrapped item, unwrapped instrument, liquid, B&D test and free setting.

2. Electric swing clutch door is used for easy operation. Manual operation is available in case of electric failure.

3. Silicone rubber gasket is used for airtight sealing.

4. Open instrument can be �ash sterilized in 3 minutes while wrapped items can be sterilized in 10 minutes at 134℃.

5. LCD touch control screen: 5-1/2” to display date, temperature, pressure, cycle stages and course of time against pressure and temperature.

6. Automatic pressure control system for pressure and vacuum setting which accuracy is between 0.1psi.

7. Printer system is used for the record of sterilizing time, sterilizing No., cycle No., operator No., temperature set, time set, pressure/vacuum set, maximum & lowest temperature, actual heating, sterilizing and drying time, total time used and time of open door etc....In case of out of printing paper, the cycle proceeding will keep on heat-sensitive printing paper is used to print out 19bps and there is no ink need.

Desk-top ST-Series EZ-ST series Autoclave is designed for �ash sterilization of medical instruments in operation room, plastic surgery.

1. Double shell designed for the excellent sterilizing and drying function.

2. Patented locking device used for easy door operation, no rotation needed to lock chamber door inposition.

3. the preset program and press "start" button, the full cycle runs and is traced by illuminated indicators automatically.

Description

1. A full cycle from water feeding, detergent adding, washing, rinsing, dehydration, Pasteurizing and draining will be automatic operated by PLC control system.

2. Touch control/display system with programs preset for easy ion.

3. Heater system included for where hot water can not reach to 70℃.

4. Mounted with stainless steel water pump for long life service.

5. Printer with rewind system attached for the record of the data such as date, temperature, time and progressing of the full cycle.

6. The temperature can be set from room temperature to 95℃. In case of overheating, a buzzer alarms and the power turns o� automatically.
