overeat in the past? It’s essential to
understand if you turn to food when you’re
stressed or want comfort.
• Many times the triggers for overeating can
be linked to hormones. Another factor
could be your mood. When people are
depressed, they may become physically
inactive & that will make them food
addictive.”
Plan for success
• Plan your eating for each day by making a
every day budget for your meals that
includes snacks.
• Your main meal of the day should contain
enough protein source such as meat or
legumes, starch such as rice or pasta &
vegetables.
• Don’t overdo the carbs & Eat more
proteins.
Get at least half an hour of
exercise, daily• You need to get a good sweat going if you
want to continue your weight loss.
• Research says women need exercises for
a minimum of a half an hour a day, and
men one hour a day doing both aerobic
exercise and resistance training.
• Day by day you should increase the
intensity and the duration of your physical
activity.

own ways to continue your weight loss can
make you feel superior about yourself.
• Finding the right balance is extremely
important.
• Remember that you don’t have to be
perfect all the time. The key is moderation.
