Digestive Conjugation - The Initial Signal Of Bad Health For most of us, this is a subject too prudish to discuss when we talk about di- gestive system disorders. There is no single cause for any digestive health problems, but there are several causes in play stopping your body from func- tioning normally. Digestive disorders can consist of Constipation, bloating, ir- ritable bowel syndrome, indigestion, diarrhoea, gas, heart - burn, food poi- soning, food sensitivities, ulcers, food allergies; these are just some to con- sider and to think about. Many of these health problems are caused through dehydration. Every function of the body depends on water; any other bever- ages such as tea, coffee, fruit juice's etc. mixed with water do not count. The saying goes "We are what we eat", but it is hard to recognise what we are in reality eating these days. Most of the food we eat is over - processed. It has many unhealthy ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, colouring, flavour enhancer of choice among many food manufacturers, junk foods and take away outlets. They also cook the food in bad oil. We eat too often and too fast. More chewing and less eating should be a focus. The most important aspect of your overall health is the capability to digest and take in all the nutrients of the food you eat. Digestion affects the im- mune system, cholesterol level, blood circulation, energy level, blood pres- sure, even the mood and longevity. What causes digestive problems? Are we born with it or get it from our par- ents? It has nothing to do with genetics. It is all about our lifestyle.
