The Cardiovascular System

• The cardio system deliver oxygen and nutrients to all the cell in the body. The main components of the heart is blood vessels and blood.

• The human heart is a muscular oxygen that pump blood through other blood vessels that loops through the whole body.

• There are four chamber within the heart, they are the right atrium, left atrium and the left ventricles and right ventricles.

• There are some other components that operates the cardiovascular system, they are the Bradyarrhythmia (Slow Heart Rhythm); and the Tachyarrhythmia (Fast Heart Rhythm).

ARTERIES

• The human heart have arteries within the main blood vessels: the pulmonary artery pump blood from the right side of the lungs.

• The aorta is the main artery that deliver oxygen from the left side of the heart throughout the body.

• The coronary artery carries oxygen to the heart muscle, which holds it own blood supply.

Blood• The blood is a fluid that delivers to several areas

within our cardiovascular system. • We have red cells that deliver oxygen to the

organs. • We have white cells that fight off infection from

varies bacteria and viruses. • We have platelets which seal off blood vessels

when you have a cut or a damaged area.
