Nearly one-third of U.S. Children aged 4 to 19 eat fast food every day, resulting in approximately six extra pounds per year, per child.
The most common vegetables eaten by children are French fries, ketchup and pizza sauce. (of the vegetables eaten by 6-11 year olds approximately 55 to 60% come from potatoes or tomatoes)

HEALTHY CHOICE AT A GAME
Our Team worked a Fresh Turkey Sandwich Stand at home Volleyball and Basketball Games. To help some students incorporate
life skills, we had them buy our groceries during the day. The Food and Fitness team made the sandwiches right before your eyes
at the game. IT WAS A BIG HIT!
