Did you know? After only two sessions of CBRT RSS:

Of the 193 users who felt nervous, anxious or on edge for nearly every day

dropped from 9% of participants to 3%.

Of the 193 users who felt nervous, anxious or on edge for more than half the days

dropped from 18% to 9%.

Of the 193 users who did not feel nervous, anxious or on edge at all increased

from 33% to 44%!

dropped from 10% of participants to 1%.

Of the 193 users who felt unable to stop or control worrying for more than half the

days dropped from 20% to 13%.

Of the 193 users who felt unable to stop or control worrying did not feel nervous,

anxious or on edge at all increased from 33% to 44%!

Of the 193 users who were worrying too much about different things for more than

day dropped from 6% of participants to NIL

Of the 193 users who were “feeling afraid as if something awful might happen” for more than

half the days dropped from 17% to 8%.

Of the 193 users who were NOT “feeling afraid as if something awful might happen” increased

from 49% to 60%!
