• She slept well that night and found her throat and sinus's were a bit better the next day.

• She slept well the night after the session and lost an extra pound in her slimming world .

• She used the breathing techniques when she could feel herself getting irritable and found that she was able to walk away and regain her composure. She also slept better a few nights as she practiced the breathing at night whilst in her bed.

• She was a lot more laid back when she got home to the kids and wasn't as stressed out with them.

• The participant found the experience of visualizing the colours was one that she wanted to repeat. She had used visualizing the colours at night to help her sleep.

• The participant reported sleeping a little better the night of session one and has been using the pursued lips and 5 - 7 breathing techniques to foster mindfulness and physical body awareness.

• The participant reports being aware of trying to stay in the present moment more as a result of the CBRT and more aware of colours in his environment.

• This gentleman felt he was sleeping better and in general more relaxed.

• This gentleman felt that he was sleeping better since the previous session.

• This participant enjoyed CBRT and has continued to practice breathing with colour when restless with sleep at night and finds it very beneficial.

• This participant found that CBRT was very beneficial for current breathing problems, has practiced CBRT in times of restless sleep and found that it was beneficial.

• Yes she has been using the deep breathing to combat anxiety.
