Additional comment

Actually, in this case it would be a good idea to go into some more depth on the ability to work as there seems to be a discrepancy between the occupational status and the rest of the picture.

Does the patient feel he is unable to work?

Would he be able to work at a reduced rate if offered? Would he perhaps be able to work full time, but are there other reasons unrelated to brain injurypreventing him from doing so?
