Case 1

• 45 years old lady with severe SOB

• Low Voltage with PVCs

• NSR, Limb Lead Low Volatge with Non=specific ST-T changes.

• Severe Cardiomegally due to Pericardial effusion

• CXR almost Normal from another patient to Compare with

• ECHO showing Pericardial efusion , dilated RA

Case 2

• 41 years female with palpitations

• AF with Ashman phenomenon , PVCs with RBBB morphology

• NSR

• Modearte AR as shown by Color jet

Case 3

• 48 years old male with sever CP

• Extensive Anterior STEMI but with Q-waves , MI duration is more than 6 hours

• After LAD PCI

• Already first trop I and CK are high due to late presentation

Case 4

• 55 years old male with CP

• SKY High Anterior STEMI in Sinus

• ECG after PCI
