Heart attack or myocardial infarction has become very common in today’s world. Back pain too is a common condition but relatively harmless. A lot of information about heat attacks mentions back pain as a symptom.

Heart attack occurs when heart muscle dies due to lack of oxygen supply. It can occur due to any previous damage in arteries that reduces the blood supply to muscles of heart.

Not every angina is a heart attack as it is a symptom of heart disease and a sign telling that we need to start treatment. While in heart attack a severe form of angina is seen which needs to be treated at a hospital immediately.

A back pain caused by heart disease will be relieved immediately with rest. Muscular back pain will need at least half an hour of rest to be relieved, while a back pain due to heart disease is relieved by about 5 to 10 minutes of rest.

Because if there is any possibility that you have a heart attack then every second passing without treatment can destroy more of the heart muscles.
