Bench Press and Incline Flye are two of the best
exercises for adding volume and mass to your chest
muscle.
In particular, Incline Flye is known to strengthen your
upper pecs when the resistance used is right.
Here's your 4-week plan to develop chest muscles:
BENCH PRESS (Weeks 1 & 3): Start Week #1 with 8
sets of 8 reps each (2 minutes rest in between) and then
move on to 12 sets x 12 reps on week #3.
INCLINE FLYE (Weeks 2 & 4): Start Week #2 with 10
sets of 10 reps each (2 minutes rest in between) and then
push this up to 10 sets x 15 reps on Week #4.
Do this for a month and you'll see results.
