Are Multivitamins A Waste Of Your Money?Do you use Multivitamins?

Have you heard about the recent attack on Multivitamins?

Have you ever wondered if Multivitamins work?

If you answered "YES" to at least one of these questions, then you have come tothe right place. By the way, it is not only you. Millions of people are confused, wondering whether they should continue to use Multivitamins. We aim to give youa clear answer here... It all started recently, when some mainstream media articlessuch as; Are Multivitamins a waste of Money? by CNN, Should We Toss Our Vitamin Pills? by the New York Times and Docs Say Stop Taking Multivitamins by Time.com came out strongly against the

use of multivitamins.

They all cited the editorial published in the Annals of Internal Medicine journal, which included the conclusions of 3 studies. We have found that thesestudies and articles have caused a certain amount of confusion in the Market Place. The studies themselves are perplexing, because if you read justthe Headlines you come away with one opinion but if you read the body of work, you make another conclusion. and provide our professional opinion as well here in this article and in the video below:

A

THREE STUDIES

In the first study, Fortmann and colleagues, after reviewing 3 trials of multivitamin supplements and 24 trials of single or paired vitamins that randomlyassigned more than 400,000 participants, concluded that there was no clear evidence of a beneficial effect of supplements on all-cause mortality, cardiovascular disease, or cancer. The second study looked at 1,708 patients who previously had heart attacks. They were assigned to take threemultivitamins or placebos twice a day for 4.5 years. However, with more than 50% of patients stopping their medications, it was difficult for authors tocome to any real conclusions about the vitamins' effectiveness. The final study followed nearly 5,947 men older than 65, who took either a dailymultivitamin to prevent cognitive decline or a placebo. After 12 years of follow-up, there were no differences between the multivitamin and placebogroups in overall cognitive performance or verbal memory.

.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COIN

First, the experts and people who oppose the above studies and articles are stressing that the point of multivitamins is not to prevent mortality, heartdiseases, cancer, or to improve cognitive functions BUT to address nutrient deficiencies in people with poor diets. Some people think that thestudies' authors created a fake argument to debunk multivitamins rather than construct a valid thesis. Some go as far as saying that the authors ofthe study should maybe do a follow-up research study proving how vitamins can't make you fly. While the article does a good job of targeting thecommon belief that multivitamins will magically make you feel better, it does a poor job telling what multivitamins do for nutrient deficiencies, they'renot for preventing or curing catastrophic diseases.

.

OUR OPINION

In one of the above articles it mentions the words of the editor of the study, Edgar Miller PhD, saying that with such a high dropout rate,"interpretation is very difficult". Interpretation is very difficult, but making a conclusion is easy? Sounds a bit confusing to us. Gladys Block, a professorof nutrition and epidemiology at University of California Berkeley, pointed out that the group of men followed in the above mentioned cognitive study

were all physicians with no health problems. "These are very well-nourished, very health-conscious people," she said. In fact, she says none of thestudies accurately represents the American population. None of the studies accurately represents the American population, yet the studies werepublished in mainstream media for the American population to consume?

Finally, the studies cited used synthetic low-grade vitamins and minerals produced in labs… NOT whole food derived, or even better, ones likefreeze-dried fruits and vegetable based, a high quality multivitamin that can actually be absorbed and used by the body. The editorial piece fails tomention the distinction between whole food vitamins and synthetic vitamins … Whole food vitamins or vitamins directly derived from fruits DOWORK. Unfortunately, not a single peer-reviewed study on whole food multivitamins has ever been conducted to our knowledge and likely never willbe…at least not by the big Pharma or Medical companies, lest they have to admit that natural nutrients are exactly what a malnourished publicneeds.

BUTTOM LINE: It pains us to see this type of propaganda pushed out to the masses because it doesirreparable harm to people's understanding of health and nutrition. Our number one recommendationfor your health is to start paying attention to the food you are putting into your body on a daily basis.FOOD IS EVERYTHING. No pill is going to be that magic bullet of health that everyone seeks. Thebody is an infinitely complex organism that needs infinitely complex nutrients to thrive. The BEST pathto wellness is getting as many whole, fresh, high quality, humanely raised, and antibiotic / hormone /pesticide / herbicide / fungicide / insecticide / genetically-modified FREE food sources in your diet thatyou can get your hands on.

“If diet is not correct, medicine is of no use. If diet is correct medicine is of no need.”

Ancient Ayurvedic Saying

And if your daily diet doesn't come close to including 2 cups of fruits and 2.5 cups of veggies then werecommend that you to get a whole food derived multivitamin or even better freeze dried fruits basemultivitamins, since they preserve the wide range of complex nutrients that we need but which arelacking in our daily diet. Your health is largely in your hands; it just is NOT in the man or woman in thewhite coat's hands anymore.

FINALLY, A Natural Multivitamin That WORKS!FruitsMax is a combination of 21 fruits and acidophilus probiotics.

In our quest to create a multivitamin that actually WORKS, we have come to a conclusion that using fresh fruits is the way to go. We are working withlocal farmers, collecting fruits from them, and then we put all the 21 fruits through Lyophilization, which extracts only the water out of fruits leaving allthe nutrients untouched. Our customers love how FruitsMax tablets taste. They taste like a combination of apricot, blackberry, raspberry... becausethey ARE made from apricot, blackberry, raspberry... We believe that the age of synthetic multivitamins is gone. Therefore we pioneer by creating anatural multivitamin that does NOT deliver "isolates", "culture catalysts", "carriers" or other forms of ingredients that can be debunked as "hiddenchemicals", BUT simply gives what Nature intends! The 3 distinctive benefits of FruitsMax are as follows:

#1. NATURAL MULTIVITAMIN. Made from 21 fruits harvested from mineralrich volcanic soils in environmentally clean areas (no GMO), FruitsMax is anexcellent source of diverse natural vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber andhundreds of phytonutrients. As the combination of those nutrients is moreimportant than the abundance of any single one in isolation, we have carefullyselected a wide range of colorful fruits to be able to provide the bestcombination of body-beneficial nutrients in one tablet.

#2. PROBIOTICS SUPPLEMENT. Every tablet, in addition to the 21 fruitscontains a strain of L. Acidophilus probiotics, well known around the world as "Narine" Probiotics. With 50 years of research and clinical studies behind it,"Narine" was proven to balance our gut microbiota, by stimulating the growthof "good" bacteria and suppressing the growth of "bad" microbes. Also"Narine" was proven to increase the absorption of the essential nutrients into

our bodies.

#3. MAKES THE GETTING OF YOUR DAILY DOSE OF FRUITS EASIER. To maintain good health the USDA recommends consuming 2 cups of fruitper day. Unfortunately, according to John Hopkins University researchers, only less than 11% of Americans consume their daily dose of fruits. Thislack of consuming fruits is one of the main reasons of heart disease, cancer, diabetes, ADD and many other diseases. Accordingly, FruitsMax wasscientifically designed to make the taking of your daily amount of fruits easier. We achieved that by combining 21 fruits (rainbow colors) in onedelicious tablet using the cutting edge technology - Lyophilzation (freeze drying), which is also used by NASA to make food for astronauts. Butperhaps the most important benefit of FruitsMax is that it makes the getting of our daily dose of fruits easier. Getting enough fruits and probiotics dailyis not only the best health insurance in the long run, but also a guarantee of vitality and better brain performance on an everyday basis.

"The reason to eat a selection of fruits, and not just vitamin C or a synthetic multivitamin, is because of their rainbow colors and the hundreds ofphytonutrients they contain. It's the words we can't pronounce like: lycopene, quercetin, resveratrol and indoles are what's important. To just throw

vitamin C or a synthetic multivitamin into the body doesn't do proper nutrition justice. Therefore we have created FruitsMax."
