Analysis of questionnaire results

How old are you?• This bar chart shows that 100%

of the people that answered my questionnaire were between the ages of 16 and 24 which was very useful because that is exactly who my target audience is.

• Also 55% of the respondents were female which isn’t too important because this isn’t gender specific it’s just good to know who is answering your questionnaire.

Have you had any experience of homelessness?

• This chart shows us that 89% of people that answered have not had any prior experience to homelessness. This shows that this is a thing that they are not likely to know much about and what its like to be in that situation. This means that there is reason to distribute information to them about the subject.

• My next question also showed that many of the people are not aware of even a couple of organizations that help he homeless.

• The question after that shows that almost half of the people know someone that has been effected by homelessness which means that raising awareness of what can be done to help might inspire these people to help especially knowing that someone the know might have been through exactly the same thing.

Have you donated to charity in the past?

• This shows us that 100% of the people that responded to this have donated to charity and the next question showed that 100% of people would consider these types of charities when donating next time as some people said in the survey that they felt that these are no different to any other charity and deserve the same amount of concern as the rest.

Have you been involved in a charitable organization in the past?

• These results showed that 77% of the people had in fact been involved with a charity in some way and one of the people that answered had been working with the street kids of brazil helping to give children homes to live in in the roughest of conditions.
