Recovery capitalresources are theinternal and externalassets needed toinitiate and sustainrecovery from alcoholand other drugproblems.

These are what youneed to make sureyour recovery islong-lasting, fulfillingand purposeful.

Recovery capital, orrecovery capacity, differs from individualto individual anddiffers within thesame individual atmultiple points intime.

Together, we willcreate an atmosphereof fun and happinessso all around you willenjoy and be happyas well.

We will learn toreward ourselves withabundance and learnabout all its aspects.

We will teach you toview your life as ajourney to beenjoyed and appreci-ated.

Enthusiasm about lifewill be developedthis week as we learnhow to increase ourenergy levels. Part ofexcitement is allow-ing abundance in allareas of our life todevelop. This meansrespecting our ownself-worth and that ofothers.

To truly release ourreliance on addictionwe need to develop asense of healthydetachment, (notindifference or apathy).

This is the all-import-ant task of letting goof the 'ego'.

True detachmentmanifests as theability to thinkclearly, staybalanced, and notget agitated inresponse to whatpeople think or sayabout us. This isabout the hardestthing but is also thesweetest fruit of ourrecovery. It helpsyou conserve yourbalance and not takethings too personally.

Emotional intelli-gence is a person’sability to assess theirown emotions andthe emotions ofothers and to be ableto manage andcontrol emotions in ahealthy manner.

This means that youneed to learn toaddress and manageyour emotionswithout the use ofaddictive substances.

Maintaining sobrietyrequires more thanjust becomingphysically sober. Infact, that is just thefirst step.

People who aresuffering fromaddiction need tolearn emotionalstability.

We will develop themuscles of courage inthis section so we canlove and acceptourselves, flaws andall.

CONNECTIVITY - Theopposite of addictionis connection, to selfand to others. We willlearn to connect withour brilliance thisweek.

COURAGE -We donot consciously wantto be unethicalpeople but often lackthe courage and therole models to dowhat is right.

CONTRIBUTION – Aswe grow in recovery,we learn this may bethe exact experienceswe need to help others

To successfullyovercome alcoholand drug depen-dence you must makesobriety your numberone priority.

You will lose every-thing you attempt tobuild anyway whileyou are in addictionso immerse yourselfin this incubator andwork with us to buildyour wonderfulfuture.

We can overcomeaddiction once andfor all. The sooneryou become sober, the sooner you canbegin creating thetype of life you reallydeserve.

Sobriety is thebedrock of realhealth, wealth andwisdom.

We become entrenched in victimmode as we progressin our addiction.

A victory mindset isbased on the beliefthat your basicqualities are thingsyou can cultivatethrough your efforts. It Is cultivating awinning attitude.

Research has shownthat the way you viewyour world profoundlyaffects the way youlead your life.

It can determinewhether you becomethe person you wantto be and whetheryou accomplish thethings you value.

Once we have gottenrid of our reliance orattachment to whatother people think, then we are ready tohealthily build astrong sense ofself-worth, where it isall about you.

We study all youraspects and look atnumerology, astrolo-gy, personality andother componentsthat make up YOU.

We also ensure wecultivate daily habitsof meditation, yoga,tai-chi or exercisethat promoteswell-being and getsyou more and morein touch with yourinner genius.

Then we can start the work of finding yourpurpose and livingyour values.
