Invest Canada Alliance (ICA) is a Canadian non­profit organization, headquartered in Toronto  Our mission: 

● Collaborate with governments at the federal, provincial, and municipal level across Canada to attract Chinese investments.  

● Provide a wide array of services to Chinese businesses to help them establish a presence in Canada.  

● Assist Canadian companies to expand Chinese market and seek Chinese investment and cooperation opportunities. 

 Our services: 

● Help Canadian governments to attract foreign investment ● Construct business partnerships and relationships for Canadian 

companies in China. ● Cross‐border merger and acquisition 

 Cross‐border merger and acquisition: 

● Offer strategic advisory for Chinese investors in global context, including market research, market plan, business plan, �inancing plan, seeking suitable partners and exerting proper �inancial modeling.  

● Conduct merger and acquisition service, including seeking and recognizing target market, prepare market plan, �inancial modeling and valuation modeling, negotiate for pro�itable trading.
