Something to remember

Remember that self esteem can change over time you have the power to change your self esteem. If you have poor self esteem take the steps to empower yourself and learn to accept and love yourself . If you have good self esteem remember not to let yourself get into bad habits little by little. Recognize that situation early and change it :)
