GBC – where are we now?

• Last draft proposed circa 15,000 additional homes

• Increase of 25%

• Over 2/3 proposed for the Green Belt

• On hold until after the General Election

• Plan to go out to consultation end 2015

• Demand for Housing Constant (not growing)
