Group Discussion on Skills Personal and Professional Development

By the end of 1st day participants will be divided into five groups (each group will have 6-8 participants). They will be given following topics, related to the current training, and will be required to discuss the importance and application of the topic/skills in their personal and professional development. Moreover, to ensure the relevance and application of the topic, participants will be encouraged to build their discussion on any event/case that they might have experienced. Topics

1. Self Efficacy2. Self Acceptance3. Communication Skills4. Anger Management5. Work-life balance
