Summary

There is a quote from Hubert Humphrey that Senior Leadership at the Department frequently repeat, it is refers to the moral test of a government is how we treat the vulnerable and disenfranchised. Performance Management is about recording the results of that “test” and trying to figure out how we can do better.For more information about ACL
