BETH SYDD WEDI GWEITHIO? / WHAT HAS WORKED ?

• Ar lefel y rhaglen...

• Rydym yn dal i ddysgu oddi wrth y gwerthusiadau parhaus ar ein rhaglenni presennol.

• Gwerthusiad o'n Strategaeth Tlodi Plant a gyhoeddwyd yn 2014: gefnogol i'r dull a ddefnyddir yng Nghymru - yn enwedig o ran y ffocws ar y blynyddoedd cynnar a chyrhaeddiad addysgol.

• Ffocws ar atal yn parhau, ond mae angen polisïau a rhaglenni i gefnogi teuluoedd “yma ac yn awr“.

• At a programme level…

• We are still learning from the ongoing evaluations of our existing programmes.

• Evaluation of our Child Poverty Strategy published in 2014: supportive of the approach being taken in Wales – particularly in terms of the focus on early years and educational attainment.

• Focus on prevention should remain, but policies and programmes to support families “here and now” are also needed.

THEMÂU ALLWEDDOL YN SYMYD YMLAEN / KEY THEMES MOVING FORWARDS

• Mae cydweithredu a dulliau amlddisgyblaethol yn hanfodol

• Cysoni rhaglenni presennol yn angenrheidiol

• Gwneud y defnydd gorau o'r holl adnoddau sydd ar gael (gan gynnwys arian yr UE)

• Gwasanaethau hyblyg, sy'n ymateb i'r person o'u blaenau

• Mae llawer mwy i'w wneud...

• Collaboration and multi-disciplinary approaches are vital

• Aligning existing programmes is a necessity

• Make the best use of all resources available to us (including EU Funding)

• Flexible services, which respond to the person in front of them

• There is much more to do…
