•338(36%) work for NGOs or other peace-related organizations•136 (14%) work for a government agency or the military•76 (8%) are teachers/professors•68 (7%) work in research or academic support positions•66 (7%) are pursuing additional advanced degrees in peace-related fields•56 (6%) work for United Nations agencies
Of these 831peace fellows:
•29 (3%) work for police or are involved in law enforcement•27 (3%) are lawyers•22 (2%) are journalists•9 (1%) work for the World Bank•62 (6%) defy easy categorization•46 (4%) reported they are actively looking for work in the field
