Presenter
Presentation Notes
Our approach towards sourcing capability from the market is changing and the way industry responds will also evole as time goes on. In an environment where we are focused on the business outcome and performance of certain services, more onus wil lbe placed on the industry to pose innovative solutions. Interestingly I am still receiving feedback from industry in relation to how the new approach to ICT will impact the industry and in particular the local industry. Let me reiterate that the new approach to ICT provides the single biggest oppurtunity for economic growth. Multi agency and multi purpose -
