The OECD Foreign Bribery Report was launched on 2 December 2014 by Secretary-General Angel Gurría in the presence of Christiane Taubira, French Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals. Speakers included José Carlos Ugaz, Chair of Transparency International; Leslie R. Caldwell, Assistant Attorney General, US Department of Justice; Brackett B. Denniston III, SVP, Secretary and General Counsel, General Electric Company; and also Klaus Moosmayer, Chief Compliance Officer, Siemens AG and Anti-Corruption Chair of the Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD (BIAC).
