Wear It! is a yearlong effort focused on spreading the message of boating safety and the critical importance of always wearing a life jacket each and every time on the water.
National Safe Boating Week (NSBW), May 16 – 22, 2015 “kicks-off” Wear It! each year.
The Wear It! message continues to be used in all 50 states and is also gaining support internationally: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Japan, Kenya, Mexico, Nigeria, South Korea, and the UK.
