Judges

•All bidders are required to submit a judge

–NO Judge, ALL LO bids disqualified

–If the registered judges did not fulfill their obligation,

all bids of the LO are disqualified

•Judge Requirement

–Within JCI age

–With myJCIP Profile

–Active member for the past 2 years

–Nomination will be done through the JCIP Awards

website

•You will receive your instructions via email

•You will be given a timeframe (probably 1

week) to score

•Target: 40-50 judges for Area 2

•Perks of being a judge

–50% off the registration fee for Areacon

–50% off the registration fee for Natcon

Reporting Errors

•Be sure to read the JCIP Awards Manual,

tutorials and FAQs before raising the issue

•Send the ff info:

1. User who encountered the problem (name,

chapter, position)

2. Entry or screen where the problem is encountered

3. Screenshot of the error/problem

•Send to the AAC ([email protected])

• Don’t do it alone.

• Start early. Don’t upload on the final days.

• Have a back-up copy

• Reliable internet connection

• Enjoy the process
