Profile

Nationally: Provider of employability, skills, youth and criminal justice services (as

part of a JV) One of the largest employability service providers in the UK 7 of 40 Work Programme contracts 76 UK offices 500 partners on our Partner Network 99 current subcontractors (38% from the third sector) 47 Work Programme subcontractors (49% from third sector)

London: Provider of Work Programme and Work Choice Supporting 14,000 people per annum 7 London offices (23 including subcontractor offices) 13 subcontractors (61% from third sector)

We look for partners that have: Values that complement our own, sharing our passion for people Strengths that support key features of all Ingeus services e.g.

- local and community connectivity- understanding of people in difficult circumstances

The capacity to work in a performance management context (contract readiness) and deliver services of the highest quality

Choosing Partners Carefully: Partnership solutions tailored to opportunities VCS involvement from specialist provision (e.g. Steps 2 Success Belfast) to

full-scale Joint Ventures (e.g. our Reducing Reoffending Partnership) Merlin Standard and processes

Enabling Partner Involvement: Tailored support offers for partners based on service requirements and

individual/collective partner needs Exploring solutions to minimise financial barriers to participation
