- Implementation of policies: State Agency of Ukraine for Tourism

• Member of UNWTO since 1997
• Notified its formal acceptance of the Code in writing to the
Secretary-General of the Organization
• The Code of Ethics was included in the compendium of
rules and regulations “Tourism in Ukraine”

Education
• Promoting sustainability (social advertising, special
seminars at schools and universities)
• Encouraging open – mindedness and tolerance in the
society
• Raising a respect among population

Private sector
• Increase of international investments (e.g. hotel chains)
• Infrastructure improvement: hotels, restaurants, airports
etc
• Grow of employment rate

• Development and protection of intangible cultural heritage
(numerous cultural events)
• Improvement of infrastructure: public roads
• Increase of employment rate in the sector
• = respect of workers and entrepreneurs rights
