• Stakeholders engaged from bid to legacy

• One Planet Olympic sustainability framework developed with WWF

• Carbon footprint and management central to decision-making

• Independent assurance provided by the Commission for a Sustainable London 2012

Commercial partners (sponsors)

• Will define Tokyo 2020’s brand (together with TOCOG, government and broadcasters)

• Only provided around 10% of London 2012 income

• Paid extra to be designated Sustainability Partners
