• Our Funding comes from the cable services.

– We are included in subscribers monthly cable bill.

– Cable companies provide some additional funds.

• Franklin TV receives no town funding.– We pay an annual PILOT fee for town services.• PILOT is a Payment In Lieu Of Taxes.

– Evaluated facility designs and staffing

• Developed guidelines for our studio facility– Greater than 3,000 square feet

– Main Studio height, 15 feet minimum

– First floor access for large item loading In/Out

– Quiet surroundings for sound recording

• The FCC granted us an FM broadcast license– We will construct/operate an FM radio station– Allowed Power is 100 Watts (ERP) at 100 Feet– Service Area – 4 mi (city), 10 mi (local) radius– We plan a 24/7 programming schedule
