1 Expectations and objectives of the 2nd workshop

processes started, both in terms of content and consolidation of the Urban Task Force;

The creation of the Urban Task Forces goes parallel with the second workshop for the Strategic

Agenda. One of the outputs of the second workshop is the formation of the Urban Task Force

as a constant generator of ideas and solutions for the cities. Please describe the process you

employed for finalizing the Urban Task Force and its final composition.

4.2 Key Observations

deem important, their openness to communicate. List other things you deem important:

conflicting or opposite opinions, general consensus on certain topics, etc.

Do you think the stakeholders in the workgroup worked well with each other? Did they show

5 Draft Strategic Agenda: Possible solutions

Based on the issues and topics discussed in the workshop and described in chapter 4.1, list

the solutions discussed within the workshop for each issue. Important: be specific! List not

only the solution type (eg. Building new infrastructure to improve accessibility and mobility)

but also the concrete action proposed to solve the priority problem discussed (eg. Deviate car

traffic underground by constructing an underpassage inXXX place in order to improve the

following: ….)


List the solutions discussed in the working group. You can opt for a structure similar to

this one:

Have there been any conflicts generated by proposed choices? Are there incompatible or

diverging solutions and if so, how has the issue been dealt with (or how will it be)?

What have been the final conclusions regarding the urban problems and the sectors analysed

in the workgroups?

7 Final considerations and key lessons learned

Did the meeting fulfil your expectations? Yes/no? Why? What KEY LESSONS have you learned and

what do you still need to reconsider in the final design workshop?

How and when you will organize the 3nd workshop
