Please give details about the attendees: total number, general overview.

The full list of participants is available in the Annex 1: Attendance list.

2.2 Changes to the stakeholder composition and finalization of the Urban

Task Force – short assessment

Assess the changes (and motivation behind them) between the attendee list of the workshop and

the prior one.

NOTE: Update your participants list from the dropbox. DO NOT edit the existing one:

Make a second sheet named Partner WS2 with the updated information;

Use this example in operating the modifications in your excel stakeholder list:

er1stWorkshop_SD.xls

The creation of the Urban Task Forces goes parallel with the second workshop for the Strategic

Agenda. One of the outputs of the second workshop is the formation of the Urban Task Force

as a constant generator of ideas and solutions for the cities. Please describe the process you

employed for finalizing the Urban Task Force and its final composition.

3 Additions to the topics discussed in WS1

5 Draft Strategic Agenda: Possible solutions

Based on the issues and topics discussed in the workshop and described in chapter 4.1, list

the solutions discussed within the workshop for each issue. Important: be specific! List not

only the solution type (eg. Building new infrastructure to improve accessibility and mobility)

but also the concrete action proposed to solve the priority problem discussed (eg. Deviate car

traffic underground by constructing an underpassage inXXX place in order to improve the

following: ….)

Working Group 1 – XXX

List the solutions discussed in the working group. You can opt for a structure similar to

this one:

a. Priority problem 1

SOLUTIONS:

o Concrete proposed solution 1

o Concrete proposed solution 2

o ….

o Prioritization of possible actions

Opportunities for funding the potential solutions in 2014-2020;

If already available for concrete development options: stage of implementation – technical

/ feasibility studies, draft stage;

b. Priority problem 2

IMPORTANT: For each working group, provide the graphical output that has been created

6 Overall conclusions of the workshop

Talk about the ideas and potential solutions generated in the workshop:

Which have been considered the most feasible?

Which have been the most often mentioned ones, even in different groups?

Have there been any conflicts generated by proposed choices? Are there incompatible or

diverging solutions and if so, how has the issue been dealt with (or how will it be)?

What have been the final conclusions regarding the urban problems and the sectors analysed

in the workgroups?

7 Final considerations and key lessons learned

Did the meeting fulfil your expectations? Yes/no? Why? What KEY LESSONS have you learned and

what do you still need to reconsider in the final design workshop?

8 Follow-up and next steps

Talk about:

How and when you will organize the 3nd workshop

How you will keep the stakeholders “alive” in between: inviting them to register with the

STATUS website and participating to the geoblog, providing them with results, etc.
