This year, the City of El Cajon and its partners will be developing a citywide plan for active transportation, which is transportation such as walking, riding a bike and taking the bus and trolley. The purpose of this plan is to de-velop a well-connected and effi cient walking, bicycling and public transit network that makes getting around without a car easy for everyone.
