Supplier Diversity Overview

Policy: International Paper shall promote the growth and development of minority and women owned businesses by creating new job opportunities, expanding markets, generating capital and carrying out all other relevant activities which are legal, appropriate and feasible.

IP uses supplier diversity as an opportunity to expand market share and obtain quality products and services by engaging diverse business development as a value-added strategy.

We strive to increase our utilization of diverse suppliers by:

• Contracting directly with diverse businesses that are competitive in quality, service, and cost.

• Working in synergy with our major customers to deliver solutions that positively impact their supplier diversity efforts.
