CORE Contemporary Dance was looking for a way to create awareness of their professional dance company. Specifi cally, gaining monetary donations and contributions from the art and dance lovers from the Sacramento region.
Our take from original documents and artifacts provided by CORE was that a unique and unifi ed quality was missing. Therefore, our creative team set forth to create new materials that could be used to give a bold and clearly stated message that is only identifi able as CORE.

For more information about Master Class Workshops or hosting a Master Class event, please contact Anne David:adavid@ corecontemporarydance.org
CORE reaches out to the Sacramento community by hosting Master Class Workshops throughout the year holding 20 events and reaching over 500 students.
CORE will visit local schools, community centers, and other youth groups to bring instruction and motivation through dance performanceand interaction.

Program
CORE Apprentice Program brings aspiring dancers into our major productions, giving them a glimpse to the professional dancing world.
This FREE program will choose a select group of promising individuals that will go through weekly rehearsals,
learn the steps, wear the costumes, and gain the knowledge of what it means to be a CORE dancer.

CORE’s Adaptive Dance Program is a FREE opportunity that brings the joy of dance to all ages and capabilities.
This inclusive program is geared toward children with special needs — who may not be able to participate in a traditional dance class.
Each student is paired alongside siblings and select CORE dancers for a fun and inclusive family experience — greatly benefi ting physical movement and social interaction.
